Eligibility requirements

This program is open to high school and college students who are interested in exploring a career in pharmacy.

Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.8 for college students and GPA of 3.0 for high school students. All applicants must have U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status.

Program description

VCU's School of Pharmacy is excited to host a Pharmacy Preview Day for students interested in exploring the pharmacy profession.

On the following dates, students will have the opportunity to learn more about VCU's School of Pharmacy, conduct non-sterile compounding, participate in a mock interview, and have lunch with Pharm.D. faculty and students:

Monday, Oct. 14 - registration begins 8/30

Saturday, Dec. 14 - registration begins 10/30

Saturday, March 29 - registration begins 2/12

When you register for this event, you are committing to attend it in its entirety unless you give appropriate notice to the VCU School of Pharmacy. If you register and are no longer able to attend, please email the school at pharmacy@vcu.edu as soon as possible so the school can budget appropriately and another student can have your spot.
